1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the jili09 website, mobile interface, software, and all associated gaming services accessible at jili09.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access jili09 services.
• "Player Balance" or "Account Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's jili09 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or equivalent incentives credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and source-of-funds documentation required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the jili09 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered Players, and users of the jili09 Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jili09's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions, bonus offers, or games. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.4 Your continued use of the jili09 Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the jili09 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, director, consultant, or contractor of jili09, or an immediate family member of such person;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the jili09 Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated operator;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3.2 jili09 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming age and identity. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the jili09 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence. jili09 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 To access real-money gaming services on jili09, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required. This includes, at minimum, a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, date of birth, and any additional information required for KYC compliance.

4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jili09 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jili09 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings or bonuses, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

4.4 You agree to notify jili09 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

4.5 jili09 reserves the right to close an Account that has been inactive (no login activity and no balance) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Players will be notified via their registered email or mobile number prior to closure.

4.6 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jili09 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5 Deposits & Payment Processing

5.1 jili09 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jili09 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party payment sources.

5.3 Funds deposited into your jili09 Account are held for gaming purposes only. Deposited funds do not attract interest and may not be transferred between accounts.

5.4 jili09 processes deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No currency conversion fees are charged by jili09, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which jili09 accepts no responsibility.

5.5 jili09 implements AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law. Transactions flagged for AML review may be subject to delays pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances at any time, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification and any withdrawal conditions in force at the time of the request.

6.2 jili09 requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. This requirement forms part of our AML compliance obligations.

6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to standard processing timeframes. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during normal business operations. Bank transfers may require up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.4 jili09 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes, without limitation, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

6.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawals below the published minimum may not be processed.

6.6 Bonus funds, free spin winnings, and other promotional credits are not directly withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 jili09 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all jili09 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. New player bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only;
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses not fulfilled within the specified period will expire and be forfeited;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the relevant promotion terms;
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when wagering with bonus funds. Bets placed in excess of the maximum permitted amount while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.3 jili09 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus or bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional terms. This includes, without limitation, the use of multiple accounts, use of automated software, or coordinated play designed to manipulate bonus conditions.

7.4 jili09 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 All games made available on the jili09 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable technical standards required by PAGCOR. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the extent certified by the relevant game provider and audit authority.

8.2 Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers following standardized procedures. All dealing activity is recorded and may be reviewed for dispute resolution purposes.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jili09 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-fault state. Where this is not possible, the affected game round will be void and the stake returned to the Player's balance. jili09 accepts no liability for winnings that would have been earned had the malfunction not occurred.

8.4 Players must not use any software, device, strategy, or system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes, without limitation, automated betting software, card counting devices in live dealer games, and exploit-based strategies targeting technical vulnerabilities.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 jili09 operates under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and provides the following tools, available within your Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict continuous play sessions to a duration you specify;
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications of your net play position at intervals you define;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently lock your account from gaming activity.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to deposit, play, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods cannot be lifted early — requests to end a self-exclusion before the specified period will not be actioned.

9.3 jili09 maintains strict procedures to prevent underage gambling. All Players are required to verify their age (minimum 21 years) before real-money gaming is enabled. We also participate in PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry to prevent excluded individuals from accessing regulated platforms.

10 Prohibited Activities

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili09 Platform. Engaging in prohibited activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing another player's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC procedures;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to interact with games or the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain financial advantage;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gaming;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing jili09 accounts or account balances.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the jili09 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game content, and interface design — is the property of jili09 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the jili09 Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from jili09.

11.4 The jili09 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of jili09's trademarks is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili09 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, gaming revenue, data, or business opportunity.

12.2 jili09 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service unavailability. jili09 will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and will communicate scheduled downtime where practical.

12.3 jili09's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jili09's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 jili09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its discretion, including without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or account security compromise;
• AML or KYC non-compliance;
• Instructions or requests from PAGCOR or a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, jili09 will retain the balance until the investigation is concluded. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player upon resolution, less any amounts subject to legitimate deductions.

13.3 Players who wish to close their own Account may do so by contacting jili09 customer support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that have already accrued under these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through jili09's internal disputes process. Players should submit a written description of the dispute to [email protected].

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its regulatory complaint process. jili09 accepts PAGCOR's jurisdiction over disputes arising from its regulated gaming activities.

14.4 Players who are not satisfied following PAGCOR's dispute resolution process may pursue legal remedies through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15 Amendments to Terms

15.1 jili09 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated.

15.2 For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, jili09 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the registered address or via in-platform notification, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice before the changes take effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the jili09 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
